All returns must be authorized. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1 800 663.3788 or email@example.com to obtain a return authorization.
There are no charges for the return postage of defective merchandise or merchandise shipped by mistake.
No return will be accepted for a special order or customized product unless there is a mistake on our part.
Returns from a country other than Canada must be approved by our Customer Service department. The return of merchandise procedure will then be forwarded. The return delivery must meet the carrier’s standards or the parcel could be refused.
